Pet Policy: Breed Restrictions

While pets are allowed at many of our properties, there are limitations to which canine breeds we permit into the residence.

Rental/Credit Qualifications:

We weigh different factors associated with rental history, credit and background check, and income

We do not approve applicants with a felony record unless the felony is from 10 years ago or more and acceptance is not guaranteed. A person with any criminal history is subject to denial but could still be approved depending on criminal act and frequency.

Typical applicants maintain a credit score of 600 or higher, with no delinquencies in the past year.
The Application Process:

Units are first come first serve.

A showing and an application must be completed in order to be considered for tenancy.

A complete application includes a valid Driver's License and proof of income.

Any persons who shall live in the residence (excluding dependents) must complete the application.

Upon review of the application, if additional documentation is required, the applicant shall be given 24 hours to submit the information for final approval.

The $35 Application Fee is non-refundable.
